Smoothing sweet fragrance and sour cherry notes. The third infusion, where it starts to open up. On the fourth infusion it gets slight coconut and honey notes. Brings a calm, collected state and a sense of fine action.
The name "Huaxiang" means flower fragrance.
Usually white teas get pressed into cakes for aging, but this producer's most exciting teas are aged in loose form. There's a chinese saying which states, aged white tea after 3 years is medicine, but after 7 years it's a treasure.

Region: Fenghua, Zhejiang province, China

Zhejiang province is located on the East Coast of China and has the perfect environment for tea production. For hundreds of years, green tea has been produced here. The most famous and precious variety is the Longjing (Dragon Well). A green tea with creamy sweetness and nice fragrances of freshly-cut grass and sweet vanilla. The aftertaste is quite long with a joyful greenness style. This tea is our returning champ for your everyday cup and is an excellent choice for cold brew as well.

This spring, Shan Lin Xi (Pine Forrest) witnessed heavy rains during the harvest season. Due to the higher water-content of the leaves, a more extended drying process was adequate, which resulted lightly baked, fiery notes in the tea, some may call it the butter biscuit-effect. This vintage is a very lightsome tea with great depth and vitality which immediately grabs the attention with its silky texture. Its taste profile is characterized by an interesting mixture of jasmine and lotus.

Region: Li Shan, Nantou County, Taiwan

Li Shan is one of Taiwan’s best known tea growing areas. The cooler air of the mountain is not only beneficial for tea plantations but also for pear growing, hence its name Li Shan, that is Pear Mountain.

Due to the cooler climate and the unusually heavy spring rains in 2024, the tea leaves remained softer and a more extended drying process was needed, which resulted in a smoky twist in the thick, intense tea, with subtle flowers and creaminess. It has a creamy, olive oil-like texture and the taste of fresh pea and sweetcorn.
