Japanese green tea with stems.
Region: Yoshida tea garden, Uji, Japan

Karigane comes from one of Uji’s eldest tea gardens, near to the ancient capital of Kyoto. It is a pleasant and soft Japanese green tea. Before harvest, it has been shaded for 32 days. The leaves come with stems and this method results in the unique umami-flavor. The first infusion reminds of cucumber and litchi. Later on, the taste gets softer and the greenish, violet flavors become more dominant.

A certified organic gyokuro from Shizuoka's Honyama mountains, made from Yabukita leaves.
Shaded for 30 days using traditional tana coverings, hand-picked (one bud + three leaves), lightly steamed (asamushi), and finished with classic Shizuoka-style hi-ire firing. Rich, deep umami with natural sweetness, gentle warm "summer-like" notes, and an ocean-long lingering finish.

Our Sencha Latte is made from organic Chiran Sencha Powder from Kagoshima, Japan (Chiran region).

Harvested in spring 2025 from the Saemidori cultivar and finely ground. Shaded for 7–10 days before harvest for a deeper green color, creamy texture, and rich umami. Vibrant like matcha, yet clean, fresh and lighter in true sencha character.

Our Matcha Cappuccino and Matcha Latte are prepared with Ryokuan Matcha from Asahina, Shizuoka, known for its delicate almond notes, gentle sweetness, and clean, lingering finish.
