The chashaku is a bamboo spoon used in the traditional Japanese matcha ceremony. One heaping spoonful (~2 g) is one serving of matcha. Made from bamboo and bent on one end, so avoid exposing it to water as it may straighten. Can be cleaned with a dry cloth or paper towel.
